The Model 3112 Hot Stamp Dry imprinter has been developed with today's high speed packaging lines in mind. At line speeds up to 150 packages per minute, this unit provides a high degree of printing accuracy on virtually any surface or material, such as plastics, paper, film or foil. Because of its compact design, built-in durability and ease of operation, the 3112 printer is ideally suited for installation on cartoners, labelers, overwrappers, and form/fill/seal or other packaging machinery.

This versatile imprinter utilizes a variety of type systems, including individual characters, engraved brass logos and low-cost magnesium plates. The standard print area is 3/4" x 1 7/8".  Whatever your coding needs, Synchro-Print can create a solution that is geared to your specifications and budgetary requirements.

A STATE-OF-THE-ART HSC 2000 CONTROLLER DRIVES THE 3112 HOT STAMP MACHINE

The system requires 115-120 VAC current to operate. A line cord is supplied for incoming power to the control box.

Temperature and dwell time is indicated on a three digit, seven segment LED display. Temperature can be switched between the Fahrenheit and Celsius scales.  The Minimum allowable set point is 180F and the maximum is 300F. After the temperature reaches the set point, the heaters are pulsed on and off as required. The dwell time can be varied from.01 second to 1.5 seconds. The controller is supplied with memory that maintains the preset temperature and dwell settings even with the power off.

Interconnection of the controller to external triggers and other devices is accomplished through terminal block contacts on the rear panel of the machine.
