There are some unique features that can only be found in our Series Six Corner Wrap Labeling System. The label is first printed and then applied across the hinged tamp pad. The product will approach and contact the outer portion of the tamp pad. The closed cell foam we use allows the cushion needed during product contact while generating enough vacuum to hold the label accurately in place. Once the product is detected the outer portion of the tamp pad retracts, exposing an application roller. As the tamp pad pivots the label is wrapped around the corner of the product. As the product travels past the tamp pad the exposed application roller wipes the label down the side. This method of application allows for extreme label placement accuracy at a high rate of speed.
